Led by U.S. Military Logistics Officers, their meticulous approach provides clients with the confidence that every specimen will be delivered on time and safely.
SPECIMEN PROCESSING:
All specimens processed within MAKO Medical Laboratories’ Henderson, NC facility that is a CLIA and CAP accredited, and operates 365/24/7.
RESULTS WITHIN 24 TO 48 HRS:
Results notifications by email and text within 48 hours, regardless of testing location.
FREE VARIANT SEQUENCING ON ALL POSITIVES:
MAKO Medical, through a comprehensive partnership with the CDC, reflexes all positive PCR samples within a predetermined cycle threshold value, enabling variant monitoring which is integrated into all K-12 testing at no additonal cost.
MONITORING:
Integrated, real-time reporting to school administrators through fast, intuitive dashboards to help schools and public health departments follow up quickly on all results—whether pooled or diagnostic reflex—in one simplified system.
TRAINING:
Support for school staff to manage sample collection reducing the need to hire additional staff to oversee testing. Additional availability by phone and email to train and answer questions from school staff.
